Methods of Predicting Surface Roughness in Machining

摘要 表面粗糙度是进行零件设计的重要技术要求之一,也是衡量工件加工质量的重要指标,因此,在实际加工前,对表面粗糙度进行预测和加工参数优化具有重要的意义。文章根据近年来国内外的研究进展情况,总结和讨论了切削加工过程中表面粗糙度的预测方法:理论方法、设计实验方法和人工智能方法,并探讨了该研究领域今后的发展方向。 Surface roughness is one of the technical requirements in designing mechanical parts and plays an important role in evaluating products quality. The prediction of surface roughness and optimization of cutting parameters before actual processing have important significances. This paper reviews the research progresses of domestic and overseas, and discusses the methods of surface roughness prediction : theoretical method, experiments design method and artificial intelligence method. At last the developing trend of surface roughness prediction is discussed.
