摘要
模具表面加工时的计算机仿真系统是预测及控制加工表面形貌的主要手段 .文中讨论了球头铣刀刀刃的形状及其数学模型 ,探讨了切削中刀具的倾斜方向、倾斜角度、进给方式、主轴的回转偏心、轴向窜动等因素对刀刃数学模型的影响 ,并开发了球头铣刀在精加工时工件表面微观形貌的计算机仿真系统 .仿真结果与实验结果的比较表明 ,该仿真系统对于预测工件表面形貌的形状和粗糙度是有效的 ;在单方向进给顺铣加工时 ,刀具倾斜角 β=5°~ 1 0°时表面粗糙度最小 .
The simulation system for the quality of die cast surface machining is a very important technology for forecasting and controlling machined surface texture. A system was developed to simulate the machined surface texture and surface roughness. It also studied the influence of culling edge shape, tool tilting direction, tilting angle, feed type, run-out of spindle and periodic axial slip, etc. on machined surface texture and surface roughness in the case of ball-end mill machining. The developed system's validity was confirmed through the machining experiment, and it was clarified that machining surface roughness will reach the minimum value when the tool tilting angle is between 5°-10°.
