面向中小企业的云制造服务模式研究 被引量:18

摘要 云制造是近年来提出的一种面向服务、高效低耗和基于知识的网络化智能制造新模式。它融合了现有的信息化制造、云计算、物联网、语义Web、高性能计算等技术,我国中小企业普遍存在资金少、规模小、企业信息化程度低等问题,云制造服务平台能有效加以解决。通过对系统集成企业传统的新产品开发设计方法等进行研究,构建了面向云制造的零部件设计选型模式,提出了相应的零部件交易模式,设计了基于云制造的零部件设计选型与交易服务平台的运营主体、服务内容、盈利机制以及平台运行机制,为云制造服务平台实施和推广应用奠定了基础。 Cloud manufacturing is a service oriented, high efficient, low consumption and knowledge-based intelligent manufacture new network model put forward in recent years. It is a blend of the existing informatization manufacturing, cloud computing, lnternet of things, the semantic Web, and high-performance computing technology, Cloud manufacturing service platform can help small and medium enterprises solve problems such as lack of funds, small scale and low enterprise informationization. It studied the system integrated enterprises ~ traditional new product development design process. The parts design selection mode based on cloud manufacturing was constructed. The relevant parts trading mode was put forward. The cloud manufacturing service platform 's subject of operation, service contents and profit mechanism and operation mechanism was designed. These could lay the foundation for the implementation and promotion of cloud manufacturing service platform.
