摘要
为支持复杂的、大规模的协同设计,实现制造资源、制造能力的高度共享,探讨了云制造的概念以及云制造模式下的协同设计平台的特点,基于面向服务架构理念以及Web服务技术,搭建了一个面向服务的、松散的、开放式的云制造协同设计平台框架,并采用五维视图对其进行描述与分析,还对平台所涉及的关键技术,如面向服务架构、资源管理、资源服务智能匹配与组合、虚拟化技术、动态监测及冲突消解进行了分析,最后通过云制造协同设计平台的运行模式和虚拟协同设计环境下的协同设计过程说明了平台的应用性.
In order to support complex and large-scale collaborative design and implement high-level sharing of manufacturing resources and capability,the concept of cloud manufacturing,as well as the characteristics of the collaborative design platform based on cloud manufacturing,is discussed.Based on the service-oriented architecture and Web services technologies,the framework of a service-oriented,loose and open collaborative design platform for cloud manufacturing is constructed and is then described and analyzed by using five-dimension views.Moreover,such key technologies as the service-oriented architecture,the resource management,the intelligent mat-ching and combination of resource services,the virtualization,the dynamic monitoring and the conflict resolution are analyzed.Both the running mode of the platform and the collaborative design process in virtual collaborative design environment show that the proposed platform is applicable.
