摘要
针对汽车焊装夹具设计时所用零件大部分结构相似以及使用标准件较多的特点,提出了一种基于CATIA平台与数据库技术的参数化汽车焊装夹具零件库的开发方法。在Microsoft Visual Studio(VB)环境中,采用CATIA程序驱动及变量驱动建模的二次开发方式,论述了汽车焊装夹具零件参数化三维建模技术以及零件库的程序开发方法。应用表明所开发的汽车焊装夹具零件库系统具有结构合理、使用方便的特点,对提高汽车焊装夹具设计效率有较好的作用,为开发其它零件三维图库提供了解决思路。
Aimming at the feature that most of the automobile welding assembling jig parts having the same structures and national standard-parts are used massively,a method of developing parametric automobile welding assembling jig parts library based on CATIA and database technology is proposed. It demonstrated the parametric modeling technique and the method to develop the automobile welding assemblingjig parts library by using CATIA's variante-driving and program-driving modeling modes in Microsoft Visual Studio. With convenience and good structure, the parts library is helpful to increase the efficiency of automobile welding assembling jig design,and finds a solution for developing other part libraries.
