摘要
在飞机设计过程中,需要大量使用标准件,而在标准件的建模过程中,需要反复查阅手册以确定零件的外形尺寸,耗费了大量的时间。本文阐述了在CATIA中建立标准件模型和参数库的方法,并使用CAA在VC6.0的开发环境下对CATIA标准件库的开发技术进行了研究,建立了一个基于CATIA的三维标准件库框架,解决了标准件的重复造型工作,提高了生产效率。
A great deal standard parts is used to need in the course of aircraft design.Moreover when model of standard parts are established,the manual of standard parts is consulted again and again,in order to ensure dimension of externality.In this way lots of time is consumed.The method for establishing standard parts and parameter library is discussed in the paper,and in the environment of Visual C + +,it is researched to developing technique of standard part library by CAA.A technological frame for 3D standard part library based on CATIA has been established.It will resolve the repetitive modeling work of standard parts and efficiency of production is enhanced.
