摘要
根据电火花加工原理,建立IN718镍基合金在电火花线切割过程中温度场的数学模型。基于有限元软件ANSYS对镍基高温合金IN718在单脉冲放电结束时刻的温度场分布进行有限元模拟仿真,经计算得到温度场分布图并对电蚀坑的宽度与深度进行预测,并与加工实验所得到的结果进行对比,对比结果表明,模拟结果与实际加工所得的数据比较吻合,验证了所建模型的准确性。所做的研究内容与获得的结果将为日后的电火花加工机理与在实际的生产加工中选择合适加工参数提供一定参考价值。
In accordance with the principle of EDM, it establishes the temperature field mathematical model of Nickel-base superalloy IN718 nickel-based alloy in the WEDM process. The temperature field distributed simulation and distributed maps of INTl8 at the ending time in the single-pulse discharge is based on the finite element software ANSYS. Using the software it also predicts the width and depth of the Galvanic corrosion pit, and compares it with The results obtained from the processing experiment, it turned out that the simulation results and the actual processing data are coincided. It did research content and the results obtained will be the future EDM mechanism and select the appropriate processing parameters to provide a reference value.
