摘要
为了在研制阶段能够全面认识潜射导弹运载器项目特点,掌握其研制周期、费用的基本规律,文章运用风险评审技术(VERT)建立潜射导弹运载器研制项目的网络图模型。建立网络图模型输入参数的数学模型,并建立了项目研制的工期风险和费用风险模型。结合现有统计数据,对项目研制周期、费用等参数进行仿真计算。在此基础上,对项目研制工期进行风险分析。
For roundly understanding of the submarine launched missile carrier project in development phase and knowing well of the regular pattern of its development time and cost,this article set up a network graph model of the project with VERT. This article also set up a math model for the input parameter of the network graph and the risk analysis model for both process and cost of the project. The time of the process and the cost were calculated based on the current date. At last a risk analysis for the process of the project is given.
