摘要
对基于PC+运动控制卡的数控雕刻机的系统进行了研究,简单介绍了雕刻机数控系统的硬件系统,详细描述了控制系统的软件结构,软件采用模块化设计,包括NC代码管理、加工运行、人机交互等模块,重点讲述了NC代码管理部分,最后在Windows XP平台上以Visual C++6.0为开发工具,设计出了界面友好,简单易用的雕刻机控制系统软件。
The engraving machine NC（Numerical Control） system based on PC and motion control card is researched in this paper. The hardware of the machine was briefly introduced and the structure of the control software has been described in detail. The software was designed in modular way, which is inclu- ding management of NC code, processing, human-computer interaction. The modular of Management of NC code was specifically depicted. Finally, a User-friendly and easy-to-use engraving controlling soft- ware has been developed based on the Windows XP platform, VC ＋＋ 6.0 development tool.
