摘要
在高速铁路日常运营维护过程中,依靠现场标识找到病害地点是一个非常重要的环节。目前线路标识多为油漆涂刷,容易脱落,对人工依赖性强,维护成本高。提出了一种混凝土雕刻机的轻量化、便携式设计方案,设计了混凝土雕刻机的机械结构、传动系统和电气控制系统等组件,并制造出了样机。该设备能在混凝土无砟轨道上雕刻标识,标识清晰牢固、整洁统一,降低了运营维护成本,提高了施工效率,经现场试验验证各项技术性能参数满足施工要求。该项技术的应用证明了提出的混凝土标识雕刻机设计方案的正确性与实用性。
In the daily operation and maintenance process of high-speed railway,it is a very important link to find the disease location by on-site identification.At present,most line signs are painted,easy to fall off,strong dependence on artificial,high maintenance cost.A lightweight and portable design scheme of concrete engraving machine is proposed.The mechanical structure,transmission system and electrical control system of concrete engraving machine are designed,and the prototype is manufactured.The equipment can be carved on the concrete ballastless track,the identification is clear and firm,neat and unified.The equipment reduces the operation and maintenance cost and improves the construction efficiency.It is verified by field tests that the technical performance parameters meet the construction requirements.The correctness and practicability of the proposed concrete sign engraver are proved.
