摘要
精英思想政治教育是中国高等教育大众化阶段思想政治教育发展的必然结果。精英思想政治教育是运用先进理念、整合思想政治教育资源、采用特殊的思想政治教育方式对精英大学生进行思想政治教育的活动,具有"质"的特质、"专"的特质、"差异化"特质和"政治化"特质等特点;精英思想政治教育的目的是提升精英大学生的思想道德素质,为国家培养合格的拔尖创新人才。精英思想政治教育具有重要的理论价值和育人价值,可通过培养精英思想政治教育的理念和意识,加强精英思想政治教育理论研究,强化精英思想政治教育工作队伍建设和构建优质的精英思想政治教育过程等思路,实践精英思想政治教育。
The elite of ideological and political education is the inevitable result of the development of ideo- logical and political education in the popularization stage of the Chinese higher education. The elite of ideo- logical and political education are the educational activities for elite students which must use the advanced concept, the integration of the resources of ideological and political education and a special way. Tile elite of ideological and political education has four character traits as ＂quality＂, ＂special＂, ＂difference＂, ＂politi- cal＂. The aim of the elite of the ideological and political education is to enhance the elite university students＇ ideological and moral quality and to train the qualified innovative talents for the country. It has important theoretical and educational value. We can practice the elite of ideological and political education from the way of training the idea and consciousness, strengthening the study of theory, intensifying the construction of the work team and building the high grade process of education.
