摘要
本文分析了洞庭湖水资源现状，存在的问题，以及对洞庭湖湿地生态环境的影响，并提出了对洞庭湖水资源和湿地合理利用及开发的对策与建议。
Based on an analysis of the present situation of water resources of Dongting Lake, the existing problems, and the influence on eco－ environment of wetland surronding the Lake, the author puts forward some countermeasures and proposals for the rational exploitation and utilization of the water resources and wetland.
