摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤多学科综合诊疗模式应用情况。方法分析4637例恶性肿瘤患者临床资料,根据是否采用单病种多学科综合诊疗模式将其分成两组,对照组采用单纯的诊疗方式进行诊断治疗,观察组采用恶性肿瘤单病种多学科综合诊疗模式,比较两组患者平均住院日、手术率、放疗率和生存质量。结果观察组恶性肿瘤患者平均住院日[(11.0±2.0)d]、手术率(67%)、放疗率(76.6%)均明显优于对照组[(20.5±2.5)d,30%,33.5%],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组恶性肿瘤患者生存质量均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=40.13、21.16、37.47、9.93、14.37、13.90、12.26、19.81、12.76,均P<0.05)。结论通过对医院实施多学科综合诊疗模式现状的描述,探讨单病种协作模式能够最大限度地发挥多学科联合的学术和专业优势,对恶性肿瘤患者的规范化、个体化治疗具有不可替代的作用。
Objective To discussion the application of mu]tidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment mode of malignancy. Methods Clinical data of 4637 patients with malignancy were analyzed, which were divided into two groups according to whether adopted a multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis model of single diseases. Control group was diagnosed and treated with simple way, observation group was diagnosed and treated with nmltidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis model of single diseases. The average hospitalization days, operation rates, rates of radiother- apy and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The average hospitalized days was （11.0±2.0） d, operation rate was 67%, and rate of radiotherapy was 76.6% in the observation group, which were better than control group [（20.5±2.5） d, 30%, 33.5% respectively], the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The quality of life of observation group were better than control group, the differences were statistical significance （t = 40.13, 21.16, 37.47, 9.93, 14.37, 13.90, 12.26, 19.81, 12.76 respectively, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Discussing cooperative mode of single diseases can maximize the academic and professional advantages of multi-disciplinary association by means of describ- ing the current situation of multi-disciplinary treatment model implemented in hospital, playing an irreplaceable role in standard and individualized treatment of malignant tumor patients.
