摘要
本文推导了测量血管表面神经纤维密度的灰度法和交点计数法之间的公式关系 ,并用一个例子进行验证 ,证明了在图象分析仪上实现灰度法测量纤维密度的可行性。
The formula relation between the fibre density obtained by intersection counting method and the grey level obtained by image analyses system were derived theoreticaly and then confirmed with an example. In conclusion, we demonstrated that the application of intersection counting method in image analysis was feasible in practice.
