摘要
信息图像化是一个受到广泛重视的研究课题,而图像的定量分析关系到图像中所包含的信息能否被很好的提取和利用.本文介绍了图像分析技术的原理及过程,着重介绍了自行研制的图像分析仪的应用实例.
Image analysis technique has widely been used in medical field to detectand utilize the information contained in medical images.In this paper,two practical ex-amples of making image analysis are briefly described.One is quantitativ analysis ofparameters of normal and glaucomatous optic nerve head,and the ofher is quantitativeanalysis of cervical cells.It is suggested that the cup/rim area ratio is more useful thanthe cup/disc area ratio in the early diagnosis.The texture parameter derived from spatialgray level dependence(SGLD)matrix describes the gray level distribution of nucleus,andthis parameter is well used to distinguish between normal and abnormall cells.
