摘要
理事会是非营利组织的核心职能机构,理事会的特征与非营利组织财务绩效的关系逐渐成为学者和管理者研究的焦点。本文系统地回顾了有关理事会职能、责任、特征以及非营利组织财务绩效的研究成果,以期为理事会特征和非营利组织财务绩效关系的改善提供借鉴。
Council is a core functional organ of nonprofit organizations （NPOs）, the relatlonsnlp between u,c characteristics of NPOs＇ council and their financial performance has become a hot study that scholars and man- agers focus on specially. This paper systematically reviewed the research results about the functions, responsibili- ties and characteristics of NPOs＇ council, and NPOs＇ financial performance, so as to give reference for the im- provement in the relationship between NPOs＇ council and their financial performance.
