摘要
SWOT分析法是战略管理中最常用和最有效的一种分析工具。本文将运用SWOT战略分析法,系统地分析中国非营利组织的内外环境,从而将组织的战略与组织内部资源和外部环境有机地结合起来,更好地制定组织的长远发展规划。通过深入的分析,总结出我国非营利组织目前发展的有利与不利因素,并针对其自身的劣势和外部的威胁,制定出相应的对策。努力使我国的非营利组织尽快走上正规化、法制化的道路。
SWOT analysis is most commonly used and effective analysis tool in strategy management. By using this analysis, the author analyzes the internal and external circumstances of the Chinese nonprofit organizations, and combines the organizations' strategy and internal &external resources reasonably, therefore, to establish the organizations' long-term developing program.
