高职公共课程“无界化”教学团队建设研究

摘要 高职教学团队通过吸纳高职公共课程教师,形成公共课程"无界化"教学团队,可以弥补高职教育重技能、轻素质的教育理念,使公共课程的素质教育功能落到实处,将学生培养成为全面发展的高素质的具有文化基础的高端技能型人才,真正体现高职公共课程服务职业、服务专业、服务学生职业生涯可持续发展。 Teaching team of higher vocational colleges can build unbounded teaching team of common courses by absorbing common course teachers to make up for the teaching conception that higher vocational education pays more attention to skills while neglecting quality so as to improve the quality education function of common courses and make students become all--round high--quality technicians of some certain culture cultivation, which will better demonstrate the function of common courses of higher vocational education, serving the job, the specialty and students' work career' s sustainable development.
