摘要
随着社会的转型,经济的增长,纠纷日渐增多。数量众多的纠纷给司法机关及相关纠纷解决部门造成了压力,案件积累严重,主体的权益无法获得及时的保护。简易程序由于自身的特点,可以帮助主体经济、快速的维护自身的利益,遏制侵权行为的发生,在一定程度上能够起到预防纠纷的作用。
With the change of society and the development of economy, there have been more disputes, which have brought about much suppression to judicial organizations and relevant units, making many people＇s rights and interests not have immediate and effective protection. Simple program with its own characters can help the people economically and quickly protect their rights and interests and prevent aggression behaviours so as to prevent disputes to some extent.
