摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定藿香正气胶囊中橙皮苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱方法。色谱柱为Agilent DIOEX Acclaim C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相为C2H3N：NaH2PO4（5mol·mL^-1）=20：80；流速1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长为283nm；柱温为25℃。结果橙皮苷在10．1～101μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y=0．2925X-0．1639，R=0．9999，平均回收率为100．75％（RSD=1．2％）。结论建立的方法简便、快速、准确，能消除干扰，具有良好的重复性和稳定性，可用于藿香正气胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination of hesperidin content in Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsules with HPLC. Methods HPLC was adopted. Chromatographic column：Agilent DIOEX Acclaim C18 （ 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm）. Mobile phase ： C2 H3 N： Nail2 PO4 （ 5 mol·mL^-1） = 20： 80. Flow velocity ： 1.0 mL · min^-1 ;Wave length：283 nm. Column temperature：25 ℃. Results Hesperidin presented the good line-ar relation in the range of 10.1 to 101 μg·mL^-1. Regression equation：Y=0.292 5X-0. 163 ,R =0. 999 9, Average recovery ：100. 75 % （RSD = 1.2% ）. Conclusion The determination method of hesperidin content with HPLC is simple, quick and accurate. It removes the interference and indicates the good stability and re-peatability. Hence, this method can be used for the quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsules.
