摘要
目的：建立HPLC法测定藿香正气软胶囊中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以橙皮苷为定量指标，制定了陈皮的含量测定方法。结果：登皮苷在0．1897～1．1380μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．99％，RSD为1．08％。结论：建立的定量方法具有专属性好、准确和可靠的特点，可达到提高藿香正气软胶囊质量标准的目的。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of Hesperidin in Huoxiang Zhengqi Soft Capsule. Methods： The determination method of Tangerine peel was carried out by HPLC, which quantitative index was Hesperidin. Results：The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0. 189 7-1. 138 0μg for Hesperidin. The average recovery was 99.99% （RSD 1.08 % ）. Conclusion： The method is exclusive, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the improvement of quality in Huoxiang Zhengqi Soft Capsule.
