摘要 目的 :建立99mTc ECDSPECT非采血的脑血流定量方法。方法 :在常规99mTc ECDSPECT脑血流显像的基础上 ,结合三室数学模型和计算机参数寻优技术建立非采血的脑血流定量方法测定对照组和病例组的全脑血流量(CBF)及局部脑血流量 (rCBF)。结果 :8例对照组和 16例病例组的CBF分别为 (5 7 16± 4 2 1)和 (38 80± 8 2 1)ml·min-1/ 10 0g ,前者明显高于后者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :该定量方法所测脑血流量结果可靠 ,简便易行 ,并可提高诊断的灵敏度 ,使病变定位更准确 。 Objective: To establish a quantitative method of non blood withdrawn with 99m Tc ECD SPECT for measuring cerebral blood flow (CBF). Method: Combining three compartment models and technology of the best parameters by computer with 99m Tc ECD SPECT to quantitate CBF and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in control group and patient group. Results: The CBFs of the control group (8cases) and the patient group (16 cases) were (57.16±4.21)ml.min -1 /100?g and (38.80±8.21)ml.min -1 /100?g, respectively. The CBF and rCBF were significantly lower in patient group than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method is simple and more convenient for quantification of CBF in patients with brain disorders, and it may increase the diagnostic sensitivity and the accuracy of focus location. It is suggested that the method is accurate and reliable. [
