电动汽车用感应电机变结构鲁棒控制器设计 被引量:1

Variable Structure Controller Design of Induction Motors for Electric Vehicles

摘要 在传统PI控制基础上,构建了滑模变结构感应电机鲁棒控制器。通过设计积分型定子磁链滑模控制器,得到d轴等效电压控制矢量;结合电磁转矩方程,设计了趋近速率的电磁转矩滑模变结构鲁棒控制器,得到q轴转矩等效控制电压矢量;结合空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术,改进了感应电机低速下的转矩脉动。实验表明,相同条件下,该方法在低速时比两点式控制方法转矩稳态误差约小40%,且定子磁链和电磁转矩波动均较小。 Sliding mode variable structure robust controller with parameters vibrations is proposed.This method acquires the equivalent d-axial controller by designing integral type stator flux sliding mode controller, then electromagnetic sliding mode robust torque controller with uncertain parameter is elaborated.The proposed scheme realizes the purpose of low torque ripple control in induction motor drives by combing with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM).The experimental results demonstrate that, under the same conditions, the torque stable error of the proposed scheme is about 40% smaller than that of traditional method.On the contratry,due to keeping the stator's time constant, variable structure robust control combined with direct torque control has smaller flux and torque fluctuations and more stable.
