摘要
针对深海作业环境,采用自动法兰连接机具完成石油管道法兰连接可以有效地提高管道的铺设及维修效率.本文分析了管道法兰连接的作业流程,提出了法兰连接机具的总体设计方案,同时完成了螺母库及拉伸器库的三维结构设计.通过ADAMS仿真软件对螺母库的螺母引入机构进行运动学仿真,结果验证了其结构方案的可行性.分析了螺母引入机构工作过程中所受摩擦阻力和连接螺栓所需的预紧力,为法兰连接机具液压系统的设计提供了理论依据.通过管道法兰的陆上连接试验验证了法兰连接机具设计的合理性.
In deep-sea operation environments, using automatic flange connection tool (FCT) to finish oil pipeline flange connections can effectively improve the efficiency of pipeline laying and maintenance. In this paper, pipeline flange con-nection processes were analyzed, and the overall design of FCT was put forward. At the same time, the three-dimensional structure design of nut magazine and stretching tool magazine were completed. Kinematics simulation was performed on nut leading-into mechanism of the nut magazine by ADAMS simulation software. The results verify the feasibility of its structure scheme. Frictional resistance in working process of the nut leading-into mechanism and connection bolt pre- tightening force needed were analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the hydraulic system design of FCT. The pipeline flange onshore connection test verifies the rationality of the design for FCT.
