摘要
色谱开放实验室是"仪器分析"课程实验教学的重要场所,建立色谱开放实验室是训练学生思维方法、培养学生分析技能的重要举措。为充分利用开放实验室资源,对色谱开放实验室的功能进行了明确定位和总结,本文详细阐述了其"实验教学"、"实践教学"、"师生科研"、"竞赛训练"和"对外服务"等五大功能的具体实施流程。为进一步规范开放实验室的管理,针对高校开放实验室普遍存在的管理难问题,建立了一套特色鲜明且行之有效的管理模式,对六大单元在实施过程中存在的问题进行了总结,并提出有效的解决办法。
The open chromatograph laboratory (OCL) is one important site for experimental teaching of Instrumental Analyses curriculum, and is helpful to improve students' thinking ability and analytical skills. In order to fully utilize the experimental resources, the functions of OCL should be summarized systematically, and the detailed operational processes for Experimental and Practical Teaching, Teachers and Students' Researches, Training Players for Competitions and Serving for Society are described in this paper. In order to standardize the management of OCL, a distinctive and efficient mode is put forward. The encountered problems are summarized during the carrying of the 6 units management mode, and the methods used to solve these problems are also put forward. This mode is directive toward the management of open laboratory in universities.
