摘要
以苯甲酸和无水乙醇为原料,浓硫酸作催化剂,用苯作为带水剂,合成了苯甲酸乙酯。以无水乙醚为溶剂,用苯甲酸乙酯与新制的苯基溴化镁格氏试剂为原料,在加热搅拌下回流反应1.5 h,然后依次经过饱和氯化铵分解加成产物、蒸馏、水蒸气蒸馏、抽滤、重结晶等步骤合成了三苯甲醇,产率为37.76%。
Ethyl benzoate was synthesized by benzoic Acid and anhydrous alcohol by using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst and benzene as water-carrying agent.Triphenylcarbinol has been synthesized by ethyl benzoate and the new prepared phenyl Grignard reagent using anhydrous ether as solvent,refluxing for 1.5 hour under stirring.The reaction mixture was hydrolyzed with saturated ammonium chloride solution.The triphenylcarbinol was obtained after distillation,steamdistillation,filtration and recrystallization.The yield of reaction was 37.76%.
