摘要
利用PRO/Ⅱ软件对低温甲醇洗工艺中的吸收塔进行了模拟,选择适合体系的SRKMWilson方程,拟合文献数据得到热力学模型中的二元交互作用参数,模拟计算结果与原设计值吻合良好。分析了塔内温度和气相组分随塔板数的变化,考查了甲醇流量对分离过程的影响。
Using PRO/II software to simulate methanol absorber in the Rectisol process, SRKM-Wilson e- quation was Chosess to fit this system, and two binary interaction parameters in the thermodynamic model was obtained from the literature data. It showed that the simulation result agreed well with the original de- sign values. Through the analysis of variation of temperature and vapor phase components with plate hum- ber, the effect of methanol flow on the separation process was examined.
