摘要
调查和分析了四川农业生态环境现状和问题 ,提出了实现可持续发展的针对性措施 :( 1 )促进农村剩余劳动力转化 ,减轻农业生态环境压力 ;( 2 )积极调整农业结构 ,促进农业生态环境改善 ;( 3)加强农业生态环境保护和建设 ;( 4)依靠科技进步 。
The author made an exhaustive investigation for the situation and problems of agriecology environment,studied the reason caused these problems,and proponed a viewpoint:“Only if combine the improvement of agriecology environment with the development of economics and sociaty of countryside,It could be successful”.Based on this viewpoint,the author give some advice to realize the sustainable development of agriculture:(1)Advance conversion and dispositions about the surplus manpower of countryside in order to reduce pressure on the agriecology environment.(2)Adjust the structure of agriculture actively so that promote the improvement of agriecology environment.(3)Strengthen the protection and construction about agriecology environment. (4)Realize the sustainable development of agriculture depended on the progress of science and technology.
