摘要
目的探讨健康信念模式教育对脑卒中患者负性情绪的影响，以提高患者的遵医行为和自我效能，促进患者尽早康复。方法选取2012年1～12月在我院住院的脑卒中患者96例，按住院的先后顺序，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组48例。两组患者在教育前、教育后分别给予焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）、自制遵医行为统计表评定评分。结果教育前两组SAS、SDS、GSES、自制遵医行为统计量表评定评分，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。教育12周后两组SAS、SDS各因子分与教育前比较均降低，两组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组GSES评价和遵医行为较教育前提高，实验组提高的更明显（P〈0．01）。结论健康信念模式教育能改善脑卒中患者负性情绪，提高患者遵医行为和自我效能，促进康复。
Objective Explore the education of health conviction modeling on the negative emotion of patients with stroke, so as to improve the compliance and self-efficacy, promote the rehabilitation as soon as possible. Methods 96 cases of stroke in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 ,randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 48 cases in each group. Two groups of patients before education and after education were given self- rating anxiety scale （SAS）, Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, the General Self-Efficacy Scale （GSES）, self-made statistical evaluation score according to the compliance behavior. Results Before education in the first two group of SAS, SDS, GSES, self-made statistical evaluation score according to the compliance, no statistical significance （P ~ 0.05）. After 12 weeks education, SAS, SDS were reduced, the experimental group was lower than the control group significantly （P 〈 0.01）; The GSES and self-made statistical evaluation score improved, the experimental group more significantly （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The education of Health Conviction Modeling can improve stroke patients with negative emotions, improve the patients compliance and self-efficacy, promote rehabilitation.
