摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径应用于食管贲门癌围手术期患者健康教育中的效果。方法将2011年的食管贲门癌患者140例根据建卡教育方式不同分为实验组和对照组,实验组制定相应护理路径图,进行健康教育,对照组按常规健康教育执行,两组进行比较。结果实验组在疾病知识掌握情况、治疗及护理配合情况、满意度调查方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径模式应用在食管贲门癌围手术期患者的健康教育过程中,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative health education of patients with esophageal cardia cancer. Methods 140 patients with esophageal cardia cancer in 2011 were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the education method. Relevant nursing pathway chart was developed to conduct health education for the experimental group; The control group received conventional health education. The two groups were compared. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the acquisition of disease knowledge, treatment and nursing compliance, and satisfaction survey (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative health education of patients with esophageal eardia cancer, the application of clinical nursing pathway shows remarkable effect.
