摘要
目的评价伢典微创化学机械去龋法治疗老年根面龋的疗效。方法选取门诊老年根面龋患者112例,随机分为两组,实验组采用化学机械去龋,对照组选用常规车针去龋,去龋后两组均行FujilⅡ玻璃离子水门汀充填,比较两组患者的术中疼痛感受和1年、2年的随访疗效。结果化学去龋组去龋过程中的疼痛发生率明显小于常规车针去龋组(P<0.05)。1年、2年的随访复查表明,化学机械去龋组和常规车针去龋组在充填体脱落和牙髓炎发生方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伢典去龋时患者的疼痛程度明显减轻,而且伢典去龋不增加充填体脱落率和牙髓炎的发生率,所以伢典化学去龋法治疗老年人根面龋安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Carisolv on the elders, root caries. Methods 112 elderly patients with root caries were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group using chemical mechanical caries removal,the control group used the conventional bur caries removal,both groups were filled with Fuji II glass ionomer.The patients, painful perception during treatment in the two groups were recorded and therapeutic efficacy after 1 year,2 years were compared. Results The incidence rate of pain during treatment in chemical group was less than conventional removal group （P 〈 0.05）.While 1 year,2 years of follow-up review showed that there were no statistically significant between two groups（P 〉 0.05） in filling body off and pulpitis occurred. Conclusion The patients, painful perception in Carisolv group was significantly reduced,and the Carisolv group does not increase the filling mass expulsion rate and the incidence of pnlpitis,so root caries removal with Carisolv is a safe and effective method to elderly patients.
