摘要
目的:评价化学机械去龋系统CarisolvTM对龋病内层牙本质黏结强度的影响。方法:40个人离体中龋磨牙,随机分成2组,分别用慢速手机球钻和CarisolvTM去龋,然后用黏结剂Prime&Bond NT或Contax黏结,复合树脂(Chrisma A2)充填。制备测试微拉伸黏结强度的龋病内层牙本质条状试件,在万能材料实验机上测定黏结强度。结果:CarisolvTM去龋,用两种黏结剂黏结后牙本质的黏结强度为,Prime&Bond NT:(22.86±3.42)MPa;Contax:(28.15±5.39)MPa。慢速手机球钻去龋,两种黏结剂黏结后的牙本质黏结强度为,Prime&Bond NT:(22.23±4.26)MPa;Contax:(26.68±6.41)MPa。结论:CarisolvTM去龋对牙本质黏结强度无显著影响。
AIM : To evaluate the influence of CarisolvTM ( Medi Team) for resin adhesion. METHODS : 40 extracted permanent teeth with coronal carious lesions extending into mid - dentin were used. Caries were removed with Carisolv or rotating round burs. After clinical caries excavation, the occlusal cavities in each experimental group were restored with either Prime&Bond NT or Contax, then filled with Chrisma resin (Kulzer) . Matchstick - shaped samples through the bond interfaces between composite resin and caries - affected dentine were sectioned and microtensile bond strengths recorded. RESULTS: The microtensile bond strengths between resins and dentin with Carisolv caries removal and round burs caries removal were as follows: Carisolv^TM groups: Prime&Bond NT: (22. 86 ± 3.42 ) Mpa; Contax: (28.15 ± 5.39) Mpa. Round burs groups : Prime&Bond NT: ( 22.23± 4. 26 ) Mpa; Contax : ( 26.68± 6.41 ) Mpa. CONCLUSIONS : From the data generated by this study it could be concluded that the use of Carisolv^TM gel excavation did not compromise bond strengths to caries - affected dentine in either group tested.
