摘要
目的探讨肺癌患者手术前后外周血Tc亚群及NK细胞活性检测意义。方法选择2009年8月~2012年8月入住我院的80例经病理诊断为原发性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)作为研究组,选择同期收治的60例肺部良性肿瘤进行手术患者作为良性对照组,另外选择同期于我院体检的100例健康成人作为健康对照组,比较上述3组术前外周静脉血中Tc亚群及NK细胞活性,比较术后第14天研究组与良性对照组外周静脉血Tc亚群及NK细胞活性。结果术前研究组Tc亚群及NK细胞活性与良性对照组、健康对照组相比,除了CD8+外各指标均具有统计学差异(P〈0.05);术后行不完全切除术及完全切除术患者除CD8+外均明显高于剖胸探查者(P〈0.05),而不完全切除术与完全切除术之间相比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论外周静脉血Tc亚群及NK细胞可用于肺癌患者的免疫检测之中,其中CD4+/CD8+在一定程度上能够反映NSCLC患者癌负荷的相关情况;不完全性与不完全性均能够明显地提高肺癌患者的免疫功能。
Objective To explore the value of peripheral venous blood Tc subgroup and NK cell activity detection in patients with lung cancer before and after surgery. Methods 80 cases of patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by the pathological diagnosis, were selected as research group in our hospital from Aug. 2009 to Aug. 2012, and chose 60 patients with lung benign tumor surgery as the positive control group over the same period, in addition selected 100 cases of healthy adults with physical examination in our hospital as healthy control over the same period. The peripheral venous blood Tc subgroup and NK cell activity was compared among the three groups before surgery, and the peripheral venous blood Tc subgroup and NK cell activity was compared between the research group and positive control group after 14 d of surgery. Results The index of peripheral venous blood Tc subgroup and NK cell activity in research group before surgery all had significantly differences, compared with positive control group and healthy control group, except for CD8(P 〈 0.05); The postoperative patients with incomplete resection and complete resection were significantly higher than those who received cutting thoracic exploration, except for CD8 (P 〈 0.05), but there were no difference between the patients with incomplete resection and complete resection(P 0.05). Conclusion Peripheral venous blood Tc subgroup and NK cell can be used for the immunodetection of patients with lung cancer. The CD4 / CD8 can reflect the tumor burden of NSCLC patients in a certain extent, and incompleteness and completeness can significantly improve the immune function in patients with lung cancer.
