摘要
目的观察妇科止血合剂对小鼠出、凝血时间,血浆复钙时间,毛细血管通透性的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法 60只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、宫血宁组和妇科止血合剂组,常规给药1周后测各项指标。结果妇科止血合剂组出、凝血时间和血浆复钙时间均较另二组明显缩短,毛细血管通透性亦降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论妇科止血合剂能缩短出、凝血时间,缩短血浆复钙时间,降低毛细血管通透性,促进凝血,减轻炎症,从而有效地治疗子宫出血,改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the effects of Fuke Zhixue mixture on the blooding and clotting time, plasma recalcification time, capillary permeability, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into blank control, Gongxuening and Fuke Zhixue mixture group, routine administration of 1 week after the test indexes. Results In the Fuke Zhixue mixture group,blood clotting time, plasma recalcification time were significantly shortened than the other two groups, capillary permeability decreased, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Fuke Zhixue mixture can shorten the bleeding, clotting time and plasma recalcification time, reduce capillary permeability, promote blood clotting, reduce inflammation, which is effective in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and improve the clinical symptoms.
