缺氧诱导因子2α和胸苷磷酸化酶在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肾透明细胞癌中胸苷酸磷酸化酶(TP)和缺氧诱导因子2α(HIF-2α)的表达水平与临床病理指标及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测43例肾透明细胞癌组织中TP和HIF-2α的表达。结果 TP和HIF-2α主要表达在肾透明细胞癌肿瘤细胞胞核中。TP在43例肿瘤组织均有表达,TP的表达和肾透明细胞癌的a分期、远处转移和微血管密度有关(P<0.05),而与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。HIF-2α阳性表达21例,阳性表达率为48.84%。HIF-2α的阳性表达与肾透明细胞癌的远处转移有关(P<0.05),而与分期、淋巴结转移和微血管密度无关(P>0.05)。TP和HIF-2α表达呈正相关(r=0.837,P<0.001)。结论检测TP的表达对肾透明细胞癌患者的预后有指导意义。HIF-2α和TP共同参与了肾透明细胞癌的侵袭和转移。 Objective To detect the relationship between expression of hypoxia inducible factor-2 a (HIF-2 a) and thymidine phosphorylase (TP) and the clinical pathological markers and prognosis in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC). Methods Expression of HIF-2 cx and TP were detected by immunohistochemistry in 43 cases of RCCC. Results Expression of HIF-2 a and TP were both focused on the nuclear of carcinoma cell. TP were expressed in all 43 cases and its expression was associated with clinical stage, distant metastasis and microvessel density(MVD) (P 〈 0.05) and not associated with lymph metastasis(P 〉 0.05). HIF-2 a were expressed in 21 cases and its positive rate was 48.84% .Expression of HIF-2 a was associated with distant metastasis and not associated with clinical stage, lymph metastasis and microvessel density(MVD) (P 〉 0.05). HIF-2 a was positively correlated with TP (r=0.g61, P ~ 0.001). Conclusion Prognosis can be indicated by detecting TP expression for RCCC patients. HIF-2 a and TP were together involved in the invasion and metastasis of RCCC.
