摘要
目的研究人上皮性卵巢癌中缺氧诱导因子2α(HIF-2α)的表达和意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测了86例卵巢癌和30例正常卵巢组织中HIF-2α的表达。结果卵巢癌组织中HIF-2α表达率较正常卵巢组织明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),卵巢癌组织中HIF-2α表达与临床分期、病理分级有关。结论HIF-2α在上皮性卵巢癌中表达增高,有望成为卵巢癌新的诊断和预后指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia-inducible factor 2 α in ovarian epithelial cancer. Methods The expression of HIF-2 a was detected by immunohistochemical technique of SP in 86 ovarian epithelial cancer and 30 normal ovaries. Results The expression rate of HIF-2 a in ovarian epithelial cancer was significantly higher than that in normal ovaries （P〈0.05.The positivity rates of HIF-2 α were closely related with clinical stages and pathological grades. Conclusion HIF-2 α is overepressed in ovarian epithelial cancer and it may be used as a potential diagnostic and prognostic marker.
