摘要
目的通过药师对全静脉营养药物(TPN)配置的全程干预,提高TPN的质量。方法 TPN配制前由药师审核处方,配制过程严格无菌操作规程,配制后进一步核对,三重把关。结果 TPN配置由药师完成,减少了在病房配制的污染及护士单人操作的失误率,为患儿提供了更为安全、有效的药物。结论采用集中配置、药师审核处方,确保用药方案的合理性,提高TPN治疗的安全性。混合配置按操作规程、严格遵循无菌操作要求,大大提高营养液的稳定性,避免了TPN受污染,提高了TPN的质量。
Objective To improve the quality of the total parenteral nutrition （ TPN ） through the whole intervention of the TPN drugs preparation by pharmacists. Methods The prescriptions were checked before the TPN preparation by pharmacists,aseptic procedures were strictly carried out during the preparation, further cheek after the preparation were carried out,triply cheek were carried out. Results The TPN preparation were completed by pharmacists that can reduce the pollution caused by preparation in the ward and the error rate due to nurses single operation and provide safer and more effective drugs for children. Conclusion Using centralized preparation and the examination of prescriptions by pharmacists can ensure the rationality of medication program,improve the safety of TPN. Admixture preparation following the operation rules and strict aseptic processing can greatly improve the stability of the nutrient solution, avoid TPN contaminated, and improve the quality of TPN.
