可调式简易腰椎椎弓根螺钉导向器的研制及临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 椎弓根螺钉(pediclescrew,PS)内固定技术已广泛应用于脊柱外科^[1],PS置入多在C臂侧位反复透视下凭借术者经验予以完成,手术失误率较高121。为了提高PS置入的安全性、准确性及成功率,笔者研制了一种可调式简易腰椎椎弓根螺钉导向器临床应用165例,术后X线及CT检查示螺钉位置准确,结果满意,报告如下。
