摘要
临床实践能力的培养是高等医学教育的一个关键环节。面对新时期社会医学实际及其对医学教育的要求,如何提高医学生临床实践能力,我们在控制招生规模,拓展临床教学及实习基地;调整培养方案,增开独立临床实践课程;加强实习管理,改革出科考核及毕业考试模式等方面,做了一些有益的探索。促进了临床实践教学质量的提高和高等医学教育的协调发展。
The cultivation of clinical practice ability is the key part of the higher education of medical science. Facing the new situation of medical science in a new society as well as the standard the society requires, how to improve the students＇ ability of clinical practice is an issue we have to consider. Some profitable exploration has been made in such aspects as controlling enrollment, developing the clinical teaching and practicing base, adjusting the cultivation format to establish the independent course of clinical practice, strengthening the management of practice, reforming the format of subject test and graduation examination. That has promoted the coordinative development of the higher education of clinical science and the improvement of the quality of the clinical practice.
