摘要
目的总结120例肩周炎灌注结合针刀治疗的护理措施。方法术前做好充分准备,术中密切观察生命体征、配合医生治疗;术后进行功能锻炼及注意事项指导。结果 120例肩周炎灌注结合针刀治疗顺利完成,1个疗程结束后所有患者肩关节疼痛均缓解,肩关节功能恢复痊愈45例,显效45例,好转25,无效5例。结论良好的术前、术中、术后护理措施是达到预期治疗效果的重要保障。
Objective To study the nurse criterion of 120 patients with frozen shoulder treated with perfusion and scalpel-needle. Methods 120 patients with frozen shoulder were fully prepared before the operation, well-observed and well-cooperated with doctor during the treatment with perfusion and scalpel-needle therapy. After operation, the patients were guide to do exercises step by step. Results The operation was completely successful. All the patients got pain relief after treatment. The result was 45 excellent cases, 45 good cases, 25 fair cases and 5 poor cases. Conclusion Perfusion and scalpel-needle is a good method to treat frozen shoulder. And the well-organized nurse treatment before, during and after the operation is the key to achieve good therapeutic effects.
