摘要
目的分析和研究痰热清注射液辅助治疗急性肺炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年10月-2012年10月急性肺炎患者132例，按治疗方法分为两组，观察组66例，对照组66例，对照组患者给予头孢噻肟钠进行治疗，观察组患者在治疗组基础上给予痰热清注射液进行治疗，两组患者治疗结束后，将其治疗效果进行对比。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率比较（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后的白细胞检测值比较（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论将痰热清注射液应用于急性肺炎治疗中，能够有效发挥其消炎、抑菌、镇咳、祛痰、退热的功效，并且患者在用药治疗期间不良反应较轻微，安全可靠，同时也能够减少由滥用抗生素引起细菌的耐药性，值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze and research the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing in the adjuvant treatment of acute pneumonia. Methods 132 cases with acute pneumonia from October 2010 to 2012 October were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,the observation group had 66 cases,the control group had 66 cases,the control group was treated with cefotaxime,the observation group was treated by Tanreqing basis on the control group.after the treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the two groups had significantly different （P 〈 0.05）,the difference had statistically significant. After the treatment, the leukocyte of the two groups had significantly different （P 〈 0.05）,the difference had statistically significant. Conclusion Tanreqing can effectively play its anti-inflammatory,antihacterial,antitussive,expectorant,antipyretic in the treatment of acute pneumonia,adverse reactions of patients were mild during the treatment,it＇s safe and reliable,and it can reduce bacterial resistance by overuse of antibiotics,it＇s worthy for clinical application and promotion.
