摘要
建筑膜结构是一种新兴的建筑结构形式,具有耐久、美观、安全等性能。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)具有良好的化学稳定性和优良的耐候性、耐化学腐蚀性等优点,作为涂层材料的涂层膜可使得材料具有很好的性能。研究以涤纶织物为基材,以PVDF及填充剂为涂层胶制备涂层材料的方法,分析不同涂层工艺条件对涂层材料性能的影响。结果表明:经过浸轧预处理后,膜材的断裂强度、剥离强度得以提高,涂层厚度、添加剂CaCO3及TiO2用量都会影响膜材的性能。
Construction of building membrane is emerging as architectural structure,with a durable,beautiful,and security performance.Polyvinylidene fluoride（PVDF） has excellent chemical stability,weathering resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and other advantages,it enables coating material to have good performance.In this paper,based on the polyester,the substrate coated with PVDF and filler,the effects of different coating process conditions on the properties of coating material have been studied.The results showed that after dipping pretreatment,the fracture strength and peel strength could be improved,coating thickness,the additive amount of CaCO3 and TiO2 would affect the properties of the membrane materials.
