交联发泡聚氯乙烯板材的研究与制备 被引量:13

摘要 用水煮发泡法制备接枝交联聚氯乙烯发泡材料,用红外光谱分析法研究了样品的交联结构。结果表明,通过马来酸酐和苯乙烯接枝到聚氯乙烯主链上,然后与亚甲基二苯胺发生反应产生交联结构;接枝交联聚氯乙烯泡沫塑料属热固性塑料,其发泡板材质量轻,力学性能优异,热变形温度高,耐溶剂性优异。通过极限氧指数和垂直燃烧测定证明交联发泡PVC材料的阻燃性能完全能达到国家标准的阻燃级别。 Preparation of cross-linked polyvinyl chloride(PVC)foamed plate via boiling foaming method,the research of sample′s cross-linked structure was used by infrared spectrograph.The results showed that maleic anhydride and styrene were grafted with the PVC′s main chain,which reacted with methylene diphenylamine to form cross-linked structure;Cross-linked PVC foamed plate was thermoset plastic with low weight,good mechanical properties,high heat deflection temperature and excellent solvent resistance.The flame retardancy of cross-linked PVC foamed plate was in accordance with national standard via the test of limited oxygen index and vertical burning method.
