摘要
通过对闸阀机械特点进行分析,发现闸阀应用在排水器上容易出现积灰、腐蚀、阀板脱落等情况,将导致排水器无法正常运行。为了消除这一安全隐患,将闸阀更换为不锈钢球阀,消除了以上缺陷,排水器一次阀能正常启闭,保证了安全生产,消除了安全隐患。
Through analysis of the charactenstms of gate valve that dust deposit, corrosion and falling off of valve plate can occur in mecnanlsm, gate valves used in gas pipe drainers, which causes the drainers unable to operate normally. To remove this safety hazard, the gate valve is replaced with stainless steel ball valve; and the primary valve of drainer can open and close normally, ensuring safe production.
