摘要
主要针对以往煤气排水器容易发生煤气泄漏等问题,在大量现场试验和理论研究的基础上,结合煤气排水器的结构特点和工作原理,建立了煤气排水器工作管智能关闭控制模型。通过对工作管中液位的变化速度和液位高度的综合监控,实现在高变化速度时提前进行密封操作,避免瞬间击穿造成煤气泄漏;而在较低变化速度时,可适当提高进行封闭操作的临界液位值,避免频繁动作,同时使其自动适应当前一定大小的工作压力。该方法实际效果显著,有效提高了煤气排水器的使用安全性,为企业带来了较大的效益。
This article is mainly about the problem that the previous gas drainage is prone to gas-leak. On the basis of large number of field test and theoretical analysis, combining with the gas drainage's structure characteristics and working principle, we set up an intelligent close control model about the gas drainage work tube. Through the comprehensive monitoring of the work pipe level change rate and the liquid level height, an advanced seal operation could be taken at the high rate of change, to avoid the gas leakage caused by instantaneous breakdown; When the rate of change is lower, the critical level value of the seal operation would be appro- priately increased, to avoid the frequent action, at the same time make it adapt to the current certain work pressure automatically. This method has remarkable practical effect to improve the use security of the gas drainage effectively.
