摘要
自主性是自主意识、自主能力和自主人格的总和。它是人自主的生命活动所必须的,具有独立性、自愿性、规范性等特征。教育的本质就是要教化和发展人的自主性。由于受我国"师道尊严"的文化传统和集权式教育体制的影响,导致对学生自主性发展的遮蔽,具体表现在知识的"学力剥落现象"、"第二教学现象"、"缺少对话"的师生关系、"缺乏张力"的学生管理等方面。教育作为一种"为人""、育人"的实践活动,唤醒自主意识、提升自主能力、化育自主人格是其本真诉求。
Autonomy is the total sum of independent consciousness, independent ability and independent personality. It is a necessity for the independent human life activities with the characteristics of independence, voluntariness and nor- malization. The essence of education is to teach and develop the human autonomy. Influenced by the traditional Chinese culture "the teacher's dignity" and the centralized educational system, the students' autonomy development has been sheltered, which is reflected in the following aspects : "the phenomenon of academic qualification peeling off", "the phe- nomenon of second teaching", the teacher-student relationship "lacking dialogue", and the student management "lacking tension". As the practice of "serving people" and "educating people", the true educational appeal is awaking the indepen- dent consciousness, lifting the independent ability, and cultivating independent personality.
