摘要
目的:探讨血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性与老年人原发性高血压合并脑梗死的相关情况,并观察了该多态性与血脂水平的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对33例高血压合并脑梗死(BI)患者,35例高血压无心脑血管合并症(CCVD)患者,及41例正常对照者进行ACE基因I/D多态性检测。并用全自动生化分析仪测定血清脂质水平。结果:高血压合并BI组的DD基因型频率(0.333)和D等位基因频率(0.591),显著高于对照组的0.122和0.378(分别为P<0.05和P<0.01),以及高血压无CCVD组的0.114和0.386(均为P<0.05)。但是,ACE各基因型间的血脂水平在正常对照组和高血压组中差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:ACE基因缺失型可能是老年人高血压合并BI发病的危险因素之一。
Objective:To identify the insertion/deletion(I/D)polymorphism of angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)gene in aged hypertensives complicated with brain infarction(BI)and study the relationship between ACE gene polymorphism and plasma lipid levels.Methods:ACE genotyping with polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was performed in 33 hypertensives complicated with BI,35 hypertensives without cardio-cerebrol vascular diseases(CCVD)and 41 healthy controls,and the plasma lipid levels were determined with automatic biochemical measuring system.Results:The frequencies of DD genotype and deletion allele among hypertensives complicated with BI(0.333 vs 0.591)were higher than those(0.122 vs 0.378)among controls(P<0.05 and P<0.01)and those(0.114 vs 0.386)among hypertensives without CCVD(P<0.05).But no significant differences in plasma lipid levels of every genotype were observed in controls or in hypertensives(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deletion polymorphism of ACE gene is probably an important risk factor for progression of BI in aged hypertensives.
