摘要
目的 制订中药三类新药复方雪莲雾质量标准。方法 用薄层色谱法鉴别黄芩、金银花、苦参、大黄 ;用薄层扫描法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果 方法简便、灵敏、专属性强。结论 建立的定性定量方法可有效地控制质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality criteria for Compound Xuelian aerosol.METHODS Radix Scultellariae,flos lonicerae,radix sophorae flavescentis,radix et rhizoma rhel were identified by TLC.The content of berberine hydrochloride in the preparation was determined by TLC scanning.RESULTS These methods were simple,accurate and specific.CONCLUSION These methods can be used for the quantitative analysis of Compound Xuelian aerosol.
