摘要
对陆地棉不同种质 (品种 )的各世代群体 (P1,P2 ,F1,F2 ,BC2 ,BC1)的抗性遗传研究表明 ,以中等致病力黄萎病菌系川V8接种 ,中棉所 12及Mo - 3的黄萎病抗性表现为一对显性基因控制 ,而川 2 80 2的抗性则受 2对显性基因控制 :以强毒力落叶型菌系苏Vl3接种 ,川 2 80 2的抗性同样能有效遗传 ,且呈显性 ,其抗性表现明显异于中棉所 12。
The inheritance of resistance to Verticillium wilt in the population of P 1,P 2,F 1,F 2,BC 1,BC 2 generations of 11 crosses involving 3 resistant and 2 susceptible parents of upland cotton was analyzed. The results indicated that, when inoculated with the moderate Chuan V8 of V.daliliae , the resistance of Zhongmiansuo 12 and Mo-3 is controlled by one dominant gene, but the resistance of Chuan 2802 are controlled by two dominant genes.While being inoculated with Su V13 of defoliating types of V.dahliae , the resistance of Chuan 2802 still can be passed on to its progeny effectively, being dominant too, the difference was obvious compared with that of Zhongmiansuo 12.
