静脉腹腔联合化疗治疗卵巢癌51例效果观察

摘要 目的观察静脉腹腔联合化疗卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法对我院在2011年1月至2012年10月收治的51例卵巢癌患者给予静脉腹腔联合化疗,对同时期的51例患者作为对照组给予静脉化疗化疗。结果两组治疗方法患者出现恶心和呕吐的程度对比中,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组疗效的差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的毒副作用比对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论静脉腹腔联合化疗应用于治疗卵巢癌取得的临床疗效显著,减轻了化疗不良反应的发生率,提高了卵巢癌患者的近期疗效,值得在临床上广泛应用。
